Planning applications
We work together with our clients and other consultants to achieve the best chance for a successful planning application. From concept design to fully coordinated drawings, we tackle any site with extreme care, managing its constraints and maximising its potential. Collaboration is the key in achieving a planning permission and we liaise with all other consultants and local authorities to provide the best guide for the client to meet their goals.

Site appraisal
Clients often require advice before taking action towards purchasing a building or a site for future development. A site appraisal provides a comprehensive understanding of the site's unique characteristics, challenges and opportunities. This knowledge forms the foundation for a well-informed and successful design process. For a site analysis, we look for information from the local plan, national rules and regulations and focus our appraisal on any constraints, potential risks, site history, surrounding context and potential impact of a future project in the area.

Mostly focused on regeneration projects or medium to large sites, a masterplan gives the client an big picture on how the project is set to revitalise communities with vibrant public realms, sustainable infrastructure and good quality architectural buildings.
