Located on a former industrial area with good public transport links to the city centre, the project was developed for a private investor showing interest in the site. We were contacted to provide a capacity study that was then progressed up to RIBA Stage 2 design.

The main purpose for the brownfield site regeneration was to become a new residential hub for young professionals and families.

With 588 units, commercial spaces at ground floor and with a significant number of parking spaces, the redevelopment of the site was meeting all the client's needs as well as providing the community with a solution to the housing crisis.
